How has the pandemic or Lockdown affected you or your brand new business?
At first, it was difficult to imagine not having a room for attorneys to meet and share documents to discuss trial and litigation strategy, now it is evident that numerous tools exist to have virtual meetings, and also share documents via screen share instead of a conference room.
How can you distinguish yourself from your competitors?
We're not followers, but trend-setters. We don't wait to see what competitors will do, but instead, we do what nobody does.
What are the three biggest mistakes you made in starting your business? What did you take away from these?
Hiring impatience is probably the most common mistake that you make when you hire people simply because you want them but fail to spend the time to properly examine potential candidates.
With excessive technology spending in a startup business you could be committing on more technology than you require.
If you don't have a solid accounting system and spend control, you'll be focused on growing your business but forgetting to focus on the basics such as keeping track of expenses.

Freedom of speech. The firm focuses on class action cases and that means taking down big corporations. It is essential to consider your cause as a priority and to share your issues with the world. The firm uses internet marketing and press releases to get its message to shareholders.

Judges who do not grasp the facts and do not want to follow the law. The only solution is to appeal, and occasionally to go to the highest court in the Country or in a State to make amends to wrong and unfair decisions.
